If you are a Derbyshire County Council (DCC) employee with a SAP payroll number you will automatically have an account within two working days of your start date therefore you do not need to complete this form or request a registration key. 

 

Individuals who are not employed by Derbyshire County Council, or who do not have a DCC SAP payroll number, must obtain a registration key to create an account which you can request by filling out the External Account Request Form 

 

By requesting this account, you are agreeing to the following usage terms. 

 

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if it hasn’t been used for a period of over 13 months since you last logged in.  We may contact you on the email address you have provided about your account. Illegible or offensive account requests will be considered void. 

Choose your username and password
Your new password must have a minimum of 12 characters and include at least four of the following five elements: number, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special characters (?,!, @, #, %,) or spaces.
